You can’t sing

You can’t hear
because you close your ears
the voice is floating in the air
even the music is released, already

You can’t see
because you don’t recognise
the things are so passive
that you have to catch up with them
even faster than their shadows

You can’t sing
because you lost your tongue
you need to find a new tune
and your audience will find you

as long as you have a voice
here is your theatre, and
a spotlight is waiting in a dark.
